Andilo Mollari is a Centauri and Londo Mollari's second cousin. According to Londo Mollari he was once "a very powerful man".
Londo arranged for Aria Tensus and Kiron Maray to be taken into a period of fosterage with Andilo and his wife. This arrangement allowed Aria to avoid marrying someone she exclaimed was old enough to be her grandfather, and instead eventually marry Kiron, Vir Cotto's cousin. [1]
