Ashi Van Troc was an Earth Alliance businessman, based on Babylon 5.

Ashi was the proprietor of Laughing Dragon Shipping in Red Sector, a small business which specialised in shipping many types of small cargo items. ^[1] Ashi and his "boys" used their connections in shipping to force every black market contraband deal on the station to pay them to lay off. In 2260 Security Chief Garibaldi brought Ashi in for questioning in order to find out who was trafficking in Dust on the station. He eventually decided to cooperative by the mere presence of the Psi Cop Bester.^[2]
