The Battle of Dorak VII was an attack by the Army of Light, under the command of Ericsson - a human Ranger - on a Shadow base in the planet Dorak VII, a planet located within Shadow space.
The attack was actually was a suicide attack, a trap devised by John Sheridan to lure the Shadows to Coriana VI by feeding them false information concerning the gathering of a massive armada of the Army of Light.
Ericsson and his crew sacrificed themselves for the good of the war effort. [1]
