The Bilagaani (or "White Indians" as Deuce called them) were people who had forsaken their own culture to emulate the culture of Native Americans.
The Bilagaani believed they were maintain culture which had flourished five hundred years earlier. The Bilagaani often moved into deserted Indian villages.
