Bill Blair was a background actor known for doing aliens in heavy prostestics and make-up. In 2011 the Guinness Book of World Records announced he holds the record for 'most special effect make-up characters portrayed in a career.' He has portrayed many aliens on Babylon 5, Star Trek (TNG, DS9, VOY, ENT, and fan-films), Alien Nation, and others. While he often plays an alien in the series he has also served as a Dome Tech for several episodes too.
