Brian Tahash (d. 28 March 2022, Los Angeles, California) was an actor who has been on other cult TV shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and its spin-off Angel.
In the B5 episode he portrayed a known smuggler that was invited aboard the station by Susan Ivanova as part of her attempt to arrange a supply line for needed materials during the embargo placed on the station. He had previously been person-non-grata on the station for illegal items he brought aboard, and for an incident which caused Michael Garibaldi to lose his hair (which Ivanova agreed to ignore if he cooperated with her request).
He may have returned two episodes later after apparently being recruited to work for Wade, of Edgar's Industries. This is officially conjectural since the appearance is uncredited, but it does kind of fit into the storyline since he is aware of station crew, especially Garibaldi, and had been welcomed back aboard the station. In the opening scene Garibaldi is working with his private investigation clients while Wade watches. He then speaks with his accomplice where they discuss if Garibaldi is ready for his first assignment for Edgars, but commented that if he wasn't he was entirely expendable.
