- I'm not even sure Refa should be on the list. If you include them then you may as well include half the Ambassadors from the League of Non-Aligned Worlds, President Clark and Psi Corp. This should be those who worked directly with the Shadows (willingly or otherwise. Londo, Refa et al were only influenced by them. Blind Wolf 23:35, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
