Lady Celes Refa was the wife of Lord Antono Refa and mother of Senna Refa.
Celes was killed in 2262 during the Narn and Drazi bombardment of Centauri Prime, leaving her daughter orphaned and homeless until she was taken in by Emperor Londo Mollari.[1]
