The Central African Bloc was an Earth Alliance member state, located on Earth's African continent and birthplace of famed humanitarian Morobuto who unites several warring nations under a single banner.[1]
The African Bloc had a somewhat rough birth, though by 2180 it had become relatively stable. According to the diary of Jenny Winters, at some point prior to 2189, both Matthew and Fiona Dexter were captured in the Central African Bloc, though Stephen Walters quickly liberated them from the holding station, purportedly killing everyone else there in the process.[2]
