Devlin was a Minbari Ranger active by 2261. During the crisis involving the Thirdspace artifact, Devlin was aboard one of the White Stars that arrived at Babylon 5 to help battle the Thirdspace Aliens. During the battle, Commander Susan Ivanova took command of Devlin's White Star.[1]
