The EAS Agrippa was an EarthForce Omega Class destroyer under the command of Captain Dexter Smith. In 2260, she led a battlegroup sent to Babylon 5 by President Morgan Clark.

The Agrippa, along with the destroyer Roanoke and two Hyperion class Heavy Cruisers had orders to seize command of Babylon 5, arrest the captain and command staff, and place the station under the direct authority of the President and the Nightwatch. They were aware of the presence of at least the EAS Alexander, which had previously attempted a coup in protest to the martial law declaration of President Clark, and his dissolving of the Earth Senate.

In the battle following Babylon 5's secession from the Earth Alliance, the Agrippa was destroyed when she was rammed by the EAS Churchill. ("Severed Dreams")

Although the visuals show the Churchill destroying the Roanoke, the latter destroyer is still seen fighting and is later destroyed by Babylon 5 itself. Therefore, it can be assumed that this was an error by the VFX team. This is further supported by the fact that in "Intersections in Real Time", Captain Sheridan is specifically charged with the destruction of the Roanoke and not the Agrippa, indicating that he was not considered to have directly destroyed her.
