Juno at Proxima III
The EAS Juno was an Earthforce Omega-class destroyer under the command of Captain James Mandala.
History[]
In May 2261, the Juno was on assignment near Mars during the Earth Alliance Civil War, though by September it had been reassigned to the Proxima III blockade.[3][4] During the Battle of Proxima III, after a second wave of White Stars jumped in to combat the present Earthforce fleet, Captain Trevor Hall of the EAS Heracles ordered Juno and the EAS Vesta to launch fighters and take point at the second wing.
Even after the third wave of White Stars entered the system and the Heracles and EAS Pollux fired on Sheridan's forces, Juno only advanced, did not engage. The Juno then made a run for the jumpgate, and left the system, quitting the field entirely.[4]
