Eliot Beldon was the father of True Seeker Alisa Beldon.
In 2250, Eliot's wife Esperanza died from Stafford's Plague. Later, in 2256, Eliot and his daughter Alisa moved to Babylon 5 where he got a job as a construction worker. Unfortunately, he died a year later in an accident that left his twelve year old daughter orphaned and homeless, living in Downbelow.[1]
