Elise Voudreau was an Earth Alliance Senator.
In 2259, Voudreau was informed of negotiations between Amanda Carter and Taro Isogi on Babylon 5. She then contacted Captain John Sheridan to ask him to keep his eyes and ears open as to the progress of the negotiations, as she suspected a Free Mars plot. Sheridan hesitated, as she did not have proof, but Voudreau insisted, saying it was a matter of EA security.[1]
