"No greater sacrifice has ever been asked of a people but I ask you now, to step forward one last time, one last battle to hold the line against the night."

President Elizabeth Levy

Elizabeth Levy was the President of the Earth Alliance during the Earth-Minbari War.[1]

Following the Minbari surrender at the Battle of the Line in 2248, Levy initiated the Babylon Project and convinced the Earth Senate to approve funding on the Babylon Station.[2]

In 2250, over Levy's objections, the Earth Senate voted to cut off supply shipments to Mars in retaliation for their declaration of neutrality during the recent war.[3]

In February 2253, Levy was succeeded as Earth Alliance President by Luis Santiago.[4]
