“"No greater sacrifice has ever been asked of a people but I ask you now, to step forward one last time, one last battle to hold the line against the night."
- – President Elizabeth Levy
Elizabeth Levy was the President of the Earth Alliance during the Earth-Minbari War.[1]
Following the Minbari surrender at the Battle of the Line in 2248, Levy initiated the Babylon Project and convinced the Earth Senate to approve funding on the Babylon Station.[2]
In 2250, over Levy's objections, the Earth Senate voted to cut off supply shipments to Mars in retaliation for their declaration of neutrality during the recent war.[3]
In February 2253, Levy was succeeded as Earth Alliance President by Luis Santiago.[4]
