A holo-suit is a piece of technology used by the Anla'Shok for covert operations. Similar to a changeling net, the holo-suit can precisely mimic the voice and appearance of a subject and superimpose it over the wearer allowing them to pass themselves off as another.[1]
In 2265, Ranger Malcolm Bridges, the Liandra's covert operations specialist used a holo-suit to pose as Citizen G'Kar in an effort to placate the panicking diplomats while the real G'Kar couldn't be immediately located.
