This unnamed guard was stationed at the Mars Earth Alliance facility Fort Walters, in which John Sheridan was imprisoned in October 2261.
He and his partner were guarding Sheridan when Michael Garibaldi, Stephen Franklin and Lyta Alexander came to the facility. While Lyta and Stephen incapacitated his partner, Garibaldi knocked him out.[1]
