Captain Elizabeth Lochley attempted to shut down the holo-brothel down, but discovered a loophole in the proprietor’s permit which meant that it was actually a legal establishment. The business was destroyed by a Thermal Grenade thrown by Captain Lochley to blind the Ralga souls who had taken control of the imaging systems.
