Ilias Larkin worked on Babylon 5 for a short time in C'n'C as an Earthforce officer.[1]
History[]
Ilias Larkin was born to Psi-Corps parents but had no Psi abilities. He went to a Psi-Corps school were he was tortured by other pupils because he had no psi abilities. While he was growing up he became an expert video technican who could make very realistic videos. He used his skills to trick people to get into certain positions. Before joining Babylon 5 C'n'C he worked on Station Io. After Susan Ivanova talked to him about his work he threatened her with fake videos of her family. He killed himself accidentally by opening an airlock hatch and was blown into space.
