Kat was a bartender working in several of Babylon 5's establishments, including Earhart's, the Casino and the Eclipse Cafe in the Zocalo.
She knew ambassador Mollari who was a regular patron.[1][2]
In 2260, Kat announced Lieutenant Corwin's promotion from Lieutenant JG to full Lieutenant at his celebration party at Earhart's.[3]
