Lieberman was the doctor in charge of Medlab 3 onboard Babylon 5 in 2260.
Dr. Steinhoff was sent to assist Dr. Lieberman with a Brakiri patient in Medlab 3, since Steinhoff had the most experience with Brakiri biology.[1]
