Lord Drusella was a Centauri noble and the head of House Drusella. He was the father of Lyndisty Drusella.
During the Second Centauri Occupation of Narn, he was placed in charge of the genetic cleansing programs devised by Antono Refa as a method to weed out aggression from the Narn.[1][2]
