Sarah was a member of the Earth Alliance Resistance.
In 2259, she was sent by General William Hague to Babylon 5 to inform Captain Sheridan that Dr. Everett Jacobs was not a traitor and that he had information proving that Morgan Clark was part of the plot to assassinate President Luis Santiago. Using a conspicuous red ribbon to signal a meeting, she met with Sheridan in a secluded location and used a jamming device to disable recording devices. She insisted he save Jacobs, despite it meaning he circumvent his own people. She later retrieved Jacobs' data crystal with the evidence on it and thanked him, but also hoping there would be a next time.[1]
