This Earth Alliance senator was part of President Morgan Clark's inner-circle. In early 2260, she met with Special Intelligence investigator David Endawi to investigate a brief recording of a Shadow vessel recorded in hyperspace. The recording had been made by Babylon 5 pilot Warren Keffer, whose ship was destroyed by the Shadow vessel, and recovered by an ISN agent.
