This Earth Alliance senator was part of President Morgan Clark's inner-circle. She met with Special Intelligence investigator David Endawi to investigate a brief recording of a Shadow vessel recorded in hyperspace. The recording had been made by B5 pilot Warren Keffer, whose ship was destroyed by the Shadow vessel, and recovered by an ISN agent. After he left the office, Morden and a Psi Cop joined her and they discussed how it would be easy to dismiss the recording as an isolated incident.
