the history section needs to be exspanded[]

it now says Ship status "Active" holy cow. are this ships really in service during the Drach Plague attack (pandemic) of 2268-2273? thanks you guys ok i added it if it needs to be modified any ways let me know i would not like to see history secon only being one sentance again.
