Tom Billett is an actor.
In A Tragedy of Telepaths he played a Centauri Royal Guard, assigned to the abandoned cells in the South wing of the Royal Palace and guarding the forgotten Na'Toth. In order to sneak her out of the palace Londo Mollari crafted a plan and ordered the guard to seal up the hallway and never return to the area, causing the guard to assume Na'Toth would be left to die instead of knowing that she would not be in the cell any longer.
