The Ursh'tal'u Starbase is a trading starbase used by the Pak'ma'ra.
Overview[]
This was the first starbase that the pak'ma'ra built, one that started out as small space station but over the years was enlarged into a starbase. It operates more as a trade and commerce center, than a battle station. The starbase is not a well armed station, and holds within its hangers 36 fighters. It's also a training center for new captains and pilots.
